Heroin withdrawal symptoms include increased sweating, runny nose, muscle aches, agitation and sleep disturbance thus it is the correct answer. Methadone can be given during the withdrawal symptoms.

Symptoms of ecstasy overdose include dehydration or extreme thirst, hyperthermia, uncontrolled body movements, hypertension, insomnia, and tachycardia. Seeing spots of colour or floating colours when eyes are open is a major characteristic of an Ecstasy overdose.
